I had a terrible experience. they gave me my drink and it was half full. i asked them to kindly to remake me my drink or give me a refund and they refused to do either. Never coming here again.Service: 1/5
I ordered venti medium roast coffee and asking milk the girl was so angry … she was so much attitude and ended up I leave the shop without coffee, even though I paid for coffee. Im not going her house asking for coffee!!! I I know this shop is always busy, but she’s nice to with other people. She’s so rude to me because I am Asian so if you have a policy like starbucks don’t serve the Asians you must be in put sign outside.
Excellent service, very clean, excellent location. Upstairs is excellent for studying or enjoying your coffee, has a great view through the large windows also.
Have been going to this location for years. Suddenly they've decided to give you a 3/4 filled drink if you order it without ice. That's rediculous considering how much they charge for a drink. Will no longer be going to this location.Food: 2/5
I just want to mention, I ordered here and got my order delivered wrong 2x in the same day. I came in the next day and the way the manager Edith handled things was wonderful. She could tell I was not happy but she turned it around and was so wonderful. This is my local Starbucks, I give second chances for a reason, and Edith is now the reason to why I’ll continue coming to my favorite Starbucks since I was young. Thank you. Placed a mobile order while on the road, took an exit off I-95 for a white chocolate mocha. Rainy evening, parking lot full with no space. Rushed inside to grab my order, but the drink wasn't made right. By the time I tasted it on I-95, it was too late to address the issue.Food: 3/5
Work around the corner from there for years and ordered here many, many times. Staff is always busy but they go out if there way to greet as you walk in the door which I think is amazing. Ambiance always has that Starbucks feeling. Anyways, great food, better staff, awesome experience. Parking: Parking is plenty on the street. Never been there and haven’t found a spot to park.

The staff is very friendly, but they do get busy. My suggestion is to order at least 10-15 minutes before arriving to avoid waiting. Sometimes, they have these new flavors to try out, and it is definitely worth trying. You may find your new flavor. Seating wise, there isn't much, more of a grab and go location.
I really like this Starbucks location as a Fairfield resident and usually have a pleasant experience. Big conflict is that it says it closes at 7:30 online but then when I went there, the employee said it closes at 7. It's a shame because Starbucks both in Downtown and Black Rock used to close at 8:30 or 9 pre-Covid but have to close ridiculously early now. It's ironic because it previously closed at 7:30 months ago and changed it to 7. Fairfield is a town of two universities and many schools, a lot of high school and college students enjoy going at night with friends and to do homework & study. Closing at 7 is unnecessary and it needs to be changed to at least 9, even 9:30... Unacceptable
