Dunkin' Donuts

My experience in this place was amazing thanks to one of their employees, Christopher is an outstanding worker , caring , patient , warm friendly smile , which is a lot coming from a young person now a days , he handled the drive thru & the front part of Baskin & Dunkin all by himself , he’s very quick , I was very impressed , I will definitely be coming back because of his great service , give that young man a raise he deserves it

Although only one man was working, he clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he serve me the best cup of coffee that I've ever had from a Dunkin Donuts, he also ran the entire drive through line himself. He managed to make coffee, cook food, run the register, run the drive through and wipe down tables completely solo. The atmosphere was good too. This particular Dunkin Donuts has a nice layout with plenty of space and sensible seating arrangements. It's also in a good location with ample parking. Across the parking lot is a bank with ATMs. Other eating establishments such as a Subway Sandwich Shop are within the same building.

If you are looking for bagels or doughnuts don’t go here. They always seem to be out of everything after 12 noon. Service is a hit or miss depending which crew is on. I hate this place.

I usually got a drinks from this place when I’m around the area yesterday I order 2 LG lemonade one plain and the other with flavor when I got to the window they was already make the drinks but they said they don’t have a flavor and I said it fine when I try it one taste good and the other was very watery and have bad taste and turned back and all crew when I told them the lemonade tasted like bad water with hit of lemonade they start laughing and making comment out of contest no one apologize and the manager i assume wasn’t said anything and everyone was just laughing . It is hard to earn 8 $ to just waisted like that I stop coming to this places based on service products sometimes may no what you Expecting but the service should always there this happened around 4:30 pm hopefully some take control of the situation.

Repeatedly makes drink wrong. Asked for regular hot chocolate, one without the milk. The lady literally went around the corner and just poured the same hot chocolate with milk into another cup and handed it right back instead of making a new one without the milk.

Went inside to order because the drive through line was very long. Only 1 of roughly 8 employees who were actively preparing food were not wearing their masks properly. Masks were too loose and most women had them hanging between the top of their mouth and underneath their nose, with their nostrils showing. It’s not safe to be serving food without the necessary safety protocols during COVID. I won’t be going back here soon.

Always have great coffee and muffins. We have an excellent little Mom & Pop place for donuts so we don't get donuts at Dunkin.

Never feel that kinda customer service Parking: Good

Horrible. Drive through took forever, had to give my order twice to 2 different people at the intercom and in person again. Then a third time to some kid who was preparing the orders. After all that they still messed up the order and forgot the donut fries. Just sloppy organization here.

All employees visible from drive up had masks pulled down below their noses. Girl waiting on me pulled hers down below her chin claiming she couldn't hear with her mask on. This place is spreading Covid-19.
