Unexpectedly great service at this Travel Plaza team! The food was fresh and tasted as you’d expect from this chain restaurant option. The people here put it over the top. Excellent job!

Waited 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me,had to get a subway sandwich instead.never again.

Wouldn't transfer my order over across the street when the app placed me in the wrong spot. Showed them the money was taken out of my account and they did absolutely nothing to help. It was either get off the highway and turn around then do it again or lose my money. I had to lose my money. Extremely unhelpful and ignorant

I ordered food and was missing my grandsons quarter pounder and  2 apple pies and my granddaughters were supposed to get the bean boos but got toddler toys. Disappointed children! Good thing I ordered an extra sandwich otherwise no food for my grandson. Tried to call no one answered and then went to a fax machine.

THIS IS THE ONLY MCDONALDS ANYONE SHOULD EVER GO TO! THIS PLACE WAS NOT CROWDED, THEY EVEN GOT MY ORDER ROGHT! IMAGINE THAT? THEY ACTUALLY GOT THW ORDER RIGHT THIS TIME! If only they had a drive thru though, this would be the BEST MCDONALDS ANYONE COULD POSSIBLE GO TO! THIS IS ONE THE HIGHWAY GOING SOUTH, AND THE BEST PART IS, THE HIGHWAY GOING NORTH HAS A DRIVE THRU! WOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!  Edit: I was wrong, this place isn't so great after all, but the one across the street is! The one across the street has a drive thru and everything too! But for this place, The lady at the register said there we NO deserts left! She should have just gotten a brain and made MORE deserts. I would leave this place a 1 star review, but instead I have decided to give three, since they actually DO get the orders Right.

They charged an extra money when I ordered happy meals with milk. The happy meal goes with free milk or drink. They explained that only drinks are free not the milk. The milk costs an extra 30 cents. I had never heard of that rule with so many chain stores of McDonald’s. Btw. The cashier lady was absolutely rude. Will never shop here any more!

Spent 10 minutes trying to order, forced to state each item piecemeal, rather than being able to order a meal as we intended, and our order still ended up so wrong. Didn't have the time or patience to fight it.

This McDonald's is easily one of the quickest fastest McDonald's I've ever been too, naturally I expected my food to be cold or old as it was out the window so quickly. But to my surprise it was hot and fresh. I will absolutely be back to this location for more food. Thanks for being great at what you do.
