Dunkin' Donuts

Be aware that this location is in the tunnels I love when Dn'D has breakfast sandwich deals! The sandwiches are hot and made when ordered. The coffee and donuts are fresh and consistently delicious. The service during morning shift was great, friendly and efficient. I'll have to visit more frequently to see if it's worthy of five stars

The donuts are great. They need some better training for the systems. They charged me incorrectly and for them to correct the error it took two employees in what seemed a very complex phantom transaction to give me cash instead of credit back to my card.

Worst Experience at a Dunkin ever! I’m giving it 1 starbecause the lady at the drive thru was nice and professional. My coffee was luke warm so I parked my car and went inside. As soon as I walked in the manager approached me guess he saw the cup in my hand. I asked for hot coffee cause mine was warm and he got defensive and argumentive with me saying his hot plates for coffee are on and my coffee should be hot. I told him mine wasn’t. He kept going on and on about the hot plate lights are on and there’s nothing wrong. He finally asked an employee to make another cup for me. She gave me coffee she just made at the counter. After waiting 7 mins for coffee I had to rush out to get to work. Checked coffee and there’s no creamer or swirl that I asked for... I’m a huge Dunkin drinker and fan so it’s disappointing to have a manager argue with me over $2.00 coffee!

Asked for decaf and got regular. In the hospital again because of this DD. Will never go to this location again no matter how convenient it is for me. Asked the cashier for a med decaf latte. He rang it up right. Explained that I have a heart condition and to much caffeine will kill me. Girl trys to hand me an iced latte. I told her it was hot so she fixes it. When she handed it to me I asked if it was decaf and explain my situation again. She assured me it was decaf. 20 minutes later I'm in the back of an ambulance having to get a rescue medication because my heart is out of control. You guys need to train your people correctly and to listen. Y'all are going to kill someone because your workers aren't paying attention to the orders

A team member using her saliva to open the paper bag is unacceptable. If the bags are difficult to open, they should have a little amount of water upfront for dipping their fingers. I pointed this out while I was at the store.

Friendly staff. Their breakfast wraps are fresh, made with real eggs and taste good. Toasted coconut donut was good. Donuts weren’t their best in the afternoon.

Their app changed my order and charged me for 15 doughnuts when I only wanted one and changed my drink order and the store wouldn't fix it or give me a refund. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

The coffee and hot chocolate were just too sweet for my colleagues and my taste. I don't remember having that sweet a hot chocolate in any other Dunkin ..

Definitely one of the best places in the area. I'll return family next time. The place has a cool feel to it. Not so close to my office, unfortunately.

I come here often. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They make great recommendations when you can't make up your mind.
