Quick service. Got what I wanted. Typical DD experience. However, ordered a large and it wasn’t filled up to a large.
Awful place. I very clearly specified I needed oat milk in my coffee due to an allergy to milk. Then she proceeds to put milk in it! I COULD HAVE DIED!! If I could put negative stars I would. SAVE YOURSELVES AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Worst dunkin donuts they made my sandwich wrong. I ask them to put sausage on my sandwich instead of bacon. Also made my drink wrong I ask for a strawberry coconut refresher and gave a Strawberry refresher with out the coconut milk.
HUGE DEAD BEETLE IN MY ICE COFFEE Oh my god I almost threw up. This Dunkin’ is not clean. I have lived in New England my whole life and I’m a huge fan but this is unacceptable, Dunkin. What the heck!
lots of pigeons running around and one stole my donut!! this dunkin needs pest control!
Without a doubt the WORST dunks in the city. I ordered a chai latte, and the two guys had zero idea how to make it. I finally got it after waiting forever and it was barely warm. I asked them to remake it, and was exactly the same but this time had a much less amount in the cup. The guys didn't seem to understand english language and the problem that I needed fixed. I think they need training to say the least.
Really bad attention, took more than 15 minutes to make a coffee. After that, they put whole milk when I asked for almond and payed more for that and to finish, they forgot my husband coffee too.
It was okay. I liked my breakfast sandwich but it wasn't great. Glad I was refuelled for my insane trip to Rhode Island though. I also had a donut which was pretty good but not very remarkable. Also it's not really cheap either!
This Dunkin Donuts is the worst that I've ever been to. The people taking orders pick and choose who they'll serve next. The woman ignored my line and jumped to a guy, that got there after me, who had a similar skin tone as hers. Then the guy who was taking orders ignored me as I was giving my order and waited on tlanother person behind me. They're obviously prejudice and don't serve customers as they come.
This is kid in preschool said to their parent. You used to work there at the Dunkin Donuts. The parent said yeah but not anymore. People buying their donuts and baked goods ought to be more polite to people who are working gainfully employed and contributing to society and the economy. Stop creating stress in other people's daily lives by acting like you are better than them. You are no better than anyone else. You get that. You try to put on some stuck up act. You still go home and poop like everyone else and wipe that but. People are tired of the stuck up attitude around here. Even the Mayor and the Governor at the airport have an announcement this is a friendly place and we are encouraging visitors.
