Starbucks

Every time I come here it’s ALWAYS a nightmare. I’ve been holding my tongue hoping that they get better but the team here is incompetent and rude. They aren’t apologetic about their mistakes. This morning I ordered oatmeal along with my coffee. I surprisingly got the coffee in a timely manner for once but after about 20 minutes, I asked about the oatmeal. Apparently the girl at the register didn’t notify anyone or use the proper procedure to submit my order. Then I continued waiting expecting my oatmeal…15 minutes later I ask the girl fulfilling the food orders about it and she snaps at me as if I’m at fault for spending nearly my whole morning waiting for some oatmeal! The girl completing the food orders was extremely rude and the girl at the register didn’t know what she was doing. I’d recommend any other local Starbucks but this one.

The table and chairs were dirty and when we asked it to be cleaned they just gave us a tissue. There were only a few customers so being to busy to clean was not an excuse. The expression in their faces looks like they are bored and unmotivated. No service with a smile…

I miss taking the train and stopping here before work. The team I had today was very energetic and awesome customer service. Treated myself after getting my Covid-19 vaccine Tried the bacon egg bites and it was delicious and can never go wrong with The Pink Drink

This Starbucks is going downhill... getting worse and worse every time I check it out. Looks like people who work here are totally uninterested in attracting, retaining or at least not repelling customers. They are technically open till 8 PM but if you come at 6 PM you will not find any brews but Pike - and this is the first Starbucks cafe where I was refused to make me a drip version of the light roast saying "we never do this". They used to flip the chairs over "to allow cleaning" soon after 5 PM so that people do not stay... now they have no chairs at all! say you want to have a coffee with a friend - you can only sit side by side on a bench and good luck with keeping your personal space. Speaking of cleaning - the photo attached was taken 11:45 AM on Monday. The floor is littered, the chairs gone, most of foods not available, place empty. Walked in, walked out - I'm on my way to Flour next door!

Small shop with only a few tables, but the staff were very friendly and quick with your orders. There was a line of at least 15 people who ordered before me, but my order was done in 5 minutes.

Very typical Starbucks, wonderful staff, sometimes a wrong order here and there which they're always happy to fix, and the quality is pretty good. Pretty low amount of seating, but I've noticed that with a lot of Starbucks around here, so must be typical around here.

If you're in a rush you better be ordering online. This one time I asked a girl how long it would take to just get tea and an old fashioned donut and she got it for me right there with a big smile. I was extremely thankful because I had a time constraint, but her boss gave me a dirty look for no reason.

Smaller Starbucks, but quick wait time from baristas!

I've been here about 5 times and every single time the order was both wrong and took more than 15 minutes. Once I waited about ten minutes usual for the location and asked about the status since I had to catch the bus. The order had disappeared. It seems like they prioritize online orders, but you can wait for 15 minutes there too, even if the app says 1-4 min. Staff are nice, just seems like they're in a bad spot.
