this bummy dunkun donuts had roaches crawling in the back near the food area, like seriously NEAR THE BAGLES??? like you seriously have roaches crawling on where you prepare food for your customers. and roaches in my drink as well ????

It was clean friendly and very fresh she made me hot chocolate so good snack wrap was delicious and donuts were so fresh loved it my favorite place now

The coffee is watered down. Most locations need to be kept cleaner. And the staff needs to look better.Food: 2/5

good place, Friendly helpful and clean I like it. This Dunk in is the best in our neighborhood I go there sometimes it's very convenient. The stuff are really friendly, This place is very convenient and the crew members are very friendly. Lovely place... all the staffs are really friendly. Fast service and good food, I love this place the donuts are is great the coffee is great the customer service is great this place is just perfect and they have free WiFi which is also amazing this is one of my favorite places ever!! visit the place sometimes, it’s good

I was there in the evening one day The next morning the crumbs from my donut the night before were still on the table. I know because they were bright pink crumbs in the same place I left it. Other tables had coffee stains all over them. If that's what they present to the public what's going on behind the scenes? Won't go there again.

Dunkin has been around since I was in the 6th grade in 2005 when I would grab a bagel for breakfast before a field trip. These days I'll still grab a dozen doughnuts before a family reunion or party and it's a true crowd pleaser. The staff as always has been wonderful. Too bad they can't do anything about the homeless folks here. They seem to inundate the area and really take away from ambiance and panhandlers wait outside the door. Additionally, last Sunday there were a few just hanging out I side the store to avoid the rain. The franchise should do something to keep these people away. Aside from this, always terrific experience!

Looks nice, but terrible service.they never get my order right. Homeless people allowed to sleep on tables, and just overall so disgusting. I walk to the one on journal square now . They are so much better!!

So HORRIBLE, I come every morning and for 2 weeks straight they had to remake my order everytime because they didnt make it right.. today i said my order super slow and the lady gave me a funny look and instead of giving me oatmilk she gave me COW milk which i am highly allergic to. Im looking for the manager asap im missing work today because of these slow workers
