Ok coffee. Not great food. Usually very understaffed and service is often slow

Extremely bad service, consistently getting orders wrong, always running out of everything. How are you a coffee place that runs out of coffee??? Oh and their app services are down like 3 days out of the week all the time!

Usually good...depending on which one...no complaints i go everyday...if i had to choose one Kings Farm...by far the best location...i haven't been everywhere...but the best I've ever been

Always getting orders wrong even after confirming and repeating back to you your order. Very under staffed even before covid-19.

This place is always packed and it takes forever for you to receive your drinks and food. I ordered a drink and they said they don’t do frozen drinks. But it was offered on their menu. The employees are very rude and act like the customers are burdening them.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is inside Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and does a great job. There is also a Subway next to it.
