We've been here before and had great service. Today the service was awful. We finally made it out of the store with what we needed, but it was like pulling teeth. It's hard to make headway by yourself in a store where the fitting rooms lock behind you and you can't reach the clothes because they're so high up. We had to ask many times for help, and we only got it half the time. Very disappointed. Also had to pay $15 in overnight shipping charges because the size we needed wasn't in store. 😥

Went in to buy 2 pair of $69 pants. They didn't have my length so the salesgirl suggested I leave them for alteration. When I checked out the bill came to over $200. I cancelled the order. Won't be going back any time soon.

Prices are a bit high, but the service is excellent. All my needs were met with the same kind of service you'd expect from any high end clothing store.

Great store with friendly staff.. expensive, but the clothes are much better quality than you'll find elsewhere. T-shirts from here will last beyond 5 years easily. Will go back..
