This retailer has upgraded itself and moved its product line in a better direction. If you want to handle the product before purchase or need personal items right away this store should be on your list. Sales staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking.

I like and appreciate our local JC Penney store. They offer good quality products at good prices. The chain has been struggling with Amazon and other challenges, and I've seen them reply with a lot more service and discounting as well as upping their on line game. Most recently I purchased 2 pair of George Strait jeans on line. I've had several pair in recent years and like the fit. They only sell them online. Using the transparent discounts and ended up a bit less than retail, $33 vs $65, I had them shipped to the store at no charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Given them a try!

Helpful happy employees. Great selection of many products. I always save money when I go to JCPenny.

Great store, always clean and they are always helpful. Great clothing selection for all ages and they always have sales going on.

For some reason this sephora received only 6 sample packets to give to customers who made a purchase. The supervisor was so helpful and kind that I was very impressed. It was refreshing to engage with someone who cared. I can't remember if it was Tamara or Tiffany.
