Usually these guys are fast, today I spent 3.5 hours waiting for them to do a simple tire change over. Also, the waiting area is pretty dirty.

I prefer to support local businesses and try to cut some slack during the busiest time of the year. However when the work is not complete at the end of the day and cost has increased, You at least expect them to bag the tires instead of throwing them unbagged in the back seat leaving large grease marks on the upholstery next to the baby seat. And then when I point this out I’m told I’m hard to please and that they weren’t bagged because I didn’t bring bags (uh incorrect and what?) Looks like I’ll be going guilt-free to Costco from now on. Recommend you do the same.

Called to make an appointment and was told to just stop in. Got there and was told I should have called to make an appointment, they were too busy to put my tires on. They were gruff, rude, and generally unfriendly. Not the old E n E
