The service department worked with me on the cost of repairs. My car was really in need of repair. Super nice staff. They gave me a loaner that weekend. Because they gave me a loaner I was able to see my mom for the last time before she passed. Means the world to me. Great people great shop.

Tom and Mike set a new standard for excellence. They were relentless in their pursuit of my dream car and delivered beyond my expectations. Top professionals and lovely people. I am very grateful and happy. Ryan treated our closing like he was taking care of his brother! The paperwork was prepared and the process was easy, friendly and kind. Ryan took extra steps to ensure that my trade-in was valued properly and easy to trade. He was also responsible for finding the elusive Golf R that I was looking for and getting it to his exceptional dealership...surely trading a favor and graciously extending himself beyond any requirement or expectation. I will always be grateful for Tom and for Ryan (sorry, thought Ryan was Mike when I posted earlier). The Golf R puts a smile on my face every moment that I drive it. My experience with Tom, Ryan and Shearer VW was outstanding.

Recently bought a 2015 pre-owned Jetta from Shearer Volkswagen. After expressing interest in the car I was contacted almost immediately and invited to come down to see it. Due to my young age at the time my credit history was not very extensive and various lending institutions were hesitant to lend to me. The staff at shearer were very dedicated in their efforts to ensure I was able to get the car that I wanted, doing everything in their power that they could to assist me. The salesperson, Kristin, was exceptional. She was very personable and made me feel incredibly welcomed once I was able to actually step foot into the dealership. Overall the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Throughout the buying process she kept me consistently updated on how everything was moving along. Overall I left very happy with both my new car and the service that I received.

Thank you to everyone at Shearer VW of South Burlington for their excellent service . Special thanks to Kristin Thayer for keeping me posted on the arrival of my new vehicle and explaining all the electronics to me. I know that if and when I have questions I will always feel comfortable to reach out to her. She is such an awesome person! Also, thanks to Ashley. She has provided great service when my other Golf needed service.
