While driving from Maine to St.Micheal college my 2009 Avalanche broke down with a rear end issues. A week later and some fantastic customer service and another ride back to Vermont my Avalanche was ready as promised. Felt like I went from customer to part of the family as I walked past the garage and the mechanic who worked on my truck greeted me with a huge hello and a detailed explanation as to what went wrong with my truck. From everyone in the office to the people who worked on my truck they made me and my girlfriend feel right at home even though we were a long way from home home,,, thank you all !!!

Customer service is top notch. I was able to get in for a tire changeover without an appointment and the shuttle drivers were very friendly. Nice to see such good attitudes and I plan to keep giving them my business.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My car had a brake pad warning and the first place came to my mind was NOYES. I was their loyal customer since last year. They checked my car and told me that it was going to cost $575 ( labor, parts, tax) and won’t be done for at least 4-5 day’s. I contacted few other places and found out that they can fix it within 2 day’s with much less price. I contacted NOYES and told them that to leave the key inside my car and will come grab the car. The guy who I talked on the phone said that I owe $43.75 because they had to spend half and hr trying to figure out what the car needed (Maint. Cost). In the past 10 years I have never encountered paying a single penny to a auto shop for car diagnosis. I’m not allowing any of my family, friends, colleagues near to this place. Please stay away from this shop. Prices are high, waiting days are long. I bet they will start charging customer for the water some day. 😡😡😡😡😡

I have been taking my cars to Noyes for at least 20 years and have always found them to be courteous, fair, reliable, and professional. I appreciate the checklist I'm given at each visit so that I know what problems may be ahead, and what the cost would be. Tires are priced competitively and include rotations.

Helpful, friendly staff and do a great job with my car needs and explain what was done with clarity. I also appreciate the text messaging the team does for confirming an appointment, etc. I recommend Noyes!
