e Star Chinese Buffet

We love this place. We used to always go to China star down by veterans but their quality is slacking. I have never received such good service. Eating oysters alone is a better value than a non buffet. They keep everything clean and I have never experienced gross heat lamp old good. I have only been to dinner so not sure of how their lunch looks.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Me and my wife tried this place today. First off she called and asked if they had CRAB LEGS and whoever answered the phone said they would be serving them all day. We got to the one off of the 290 and NO crab legs, so we went to the one off of the 1960. NO crab legs there either but we decided to give them a try. They need to realize there is a such thing as SEASONING. None of the food was seasoned, everything was bland. Will NEVER go again. Family members and employees HAVE to be the individuals giving this place 5 stars

Sad to say that I have to move my previous 5 star rating to a 1. New management with horrible service. This used to be a favorite place to visit because under the previous management. The staff used to be attentive and courteous but now it's the completely the opposite. My hubby and I used to come here all of the time over the last year and was excited to visit again today. Everything I cringe about when I think of buffets is now true for this location. Never again!

I got a horrible dinner today, I went to the restaurant around 6:30pm on Sat, I enjoyed my dinner as others until 8:00. The table next to me yelled and said that there was a worm in her place, she needed to talk with manager nicely. Then, the waiter called the a girl out, she couldn’t do anything not even an apology, she kept saying “that worm is from the shell, that worm is from the shell” and walked away. Then those customers started walking around and showed me and other people nasty video about the worm and told us not to eat anymore. Next, a guy (properly) manager appeared and started to flame at the customer, I do know that is not manager’s fault; but could he be nicer and polite, there were a lot of customers around. I could not continue my meal anymore. Never in my life that I would go to this place anymore! We come and pay for food not ask you guys for a free meals !! Worst customer service

Very very busy, went after church food was good but what I expected to be sweet was not at all and things were hot that I did not expect. The service was amazing though and would return just for that it is that rare. There were 4 servers in our section and they all helped us, they were all very polite and attentive, the teamwork was refreshing.
