This is a wonderful office to go to. I’ve been going there for many years and have never had a bad experience ! The staff is remarkable they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in your surroundings and will always take a minute to ask how you are. The doctors assistant is caring professional with a sweet way about him. When you go to check out make appointments for next visit tests etc. you are greeted and helped by a remarkable young man who also takes the time to ask how you are and is very accommodating scheduling your appointments. The Doctor himself is a wonderful man. He is caring and always looking out for what’s best for you. Any complaints are listened to and he goes forward to start helping you then and there. You are never rushed out the door. The doctor knows his staff is a big part of his profession and has only the best working there.

I love the warm atmosphere from the time you walk in. Dr. Giannini takes her time with you and has a genuine connection with her patients. I’ve been seeing her for almost 30 years and my kids see her as well. Great family physician. Always listens and excellent at seeing you as whole picture.

I’m from the other side of the state, but had to travel to Manchester Hospital outpatient ECHN lab in order to get my insurance to cover one of my testing kits. The practitioner who assisted me in dropping it off was phenomenal. She was very professional, but still very warm and courteous, which is something that doesn’t always happen in healthcare these days. Overall I had a great experience and I wish I lived closer to get healthcare there more regularly!

Front desk girl was nice. Woman taking blood had a attitude problem. Was nasty to me as soon as I walked in. Asked me if I was fasting told her "No, paper work said I didnt have to." Her response was, "WHAT EVER." She was coughing the whole time I was there. If she didn't feel good, she should have stayed home. Try to make conversion with her and she shut me up with a snide remark. If it wasn't for her I had a good experience

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Orris since he started his practice with Dr. Harding. He’s a very kind, caring person and he listens to me when I have questions. That’s why my husband and I have seen him all these years. His staff are always very friendly.

Went to their Open Access for a screening. I was there for almost four hours which would be excessive but fine if two hours of that wasn't spent in a waiting room. I was told it was first come, first served, so I'd get the wait if there were others there first, but I was the first one there when they opened at 7:45, so I don't know why I first waited an hour to see the therapist and then after finishing with her, another 50 minutes after that to see the psychiatrist. Others who came in later, were seen first. The actual people were incredibly helpful but it took way too long to see them. They clearly need a better system in place to effectively manage the flow of people.

The exam wasn’t as thorough as it usually is for me but it could be because of different procedures or something. I did feel like they listened. The receptionist they have there was the best. She was extremely kind, helpful and funny. Literally the best receptionist I’ve ever met.

The office staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I have in the past received infusion therapy there and the nurses and doctors are very helpful and competent. They make sure to answer any questions you may have and thoroughly explain any possible side effects to your treatment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Orris’s for many years and he’s still the best and most attentive Doctor I have. I never feel rushed or that he isn’t listening to me. He has my best interest in mind always.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this amazing phlebotomy blood draw. Alicia is always professional, quick with assisting me, even with as many needs as I had for this blood draw. As usual, I had several items I needed drawn for my general practitioner and rheumatologist. She was amazing combined all of the duplicates, and did one draw set for both physicians, sent the results to both physicians and got me out of there within 15 minutes. Alicia was friendly and positive throughout the whole experience. She is knowledgeable, updated my insurance and still had me out of there so quickly. Any phlebotomy Location would be lucky to have her. I’m just thankful that we have her right here in Tolland. Thank you Alicia as always.
