Awesome staff... Melanie BEST in front desk services. All ladies get kudo's for hard work and dedication they put in. They work long hours and they need to be appreciated. I transferred from another place that I was clean and comfortable with and had a great relationship with my counselor. I was terrified to leave because I had a strong bond with him. I miss him and visit him. But this place has truly changed my LIFE! I had sobriety already for years before coming here, but I became a happy, living soul again. I can't and won't ever take away what I get from Dr Hergan who works her tush off to help and guide me and all woman and men in struggles of life, addiction and pain management. 💪💪💪💓💓☝☝👊👊For today I got THIS!!!

I called this facility for pain management, which I did not know they could treat unless your addicted . I called to cancel my appt, after speaking with my Therapist we both agreed that the label of addiction was not a good fit. Being in so much pain I called back, if I had to have a label to lead a normal life so be it. Very nice women on the telephone noted that they do in fact treat people who are not addicted for pain management. Scared to do this, I went ahead, I sat with Dr.Hergon for maybe a half hour . She did not label me. I was there for pain manegement and that’s what I received. It’s been nearly 6 months, (yes I do give urine samples at every appt) and my pain is sucessfully treated. I always get a hello when I come to the office, never had I had a long wait, nor do I feel like less of a person. Within the six months I was able to move to a home with a private beach. I no longer need to spend money on medications that no longer worked Any how. So Thank you Dr Hergon, if it was not for you my life would not be where it’s at today and I am forever grateful. So call, make the step.

This is the worst place period. Today is the day I realize that this place is a joke I’ve been going there for quite some time now and not once have I ever left his place feeling reassured that my recovery was in the right hands the group is not serious every time I share I’m interrupted doctor hergen is as mean as she can be and I have realized this place has put my well being and recovery in harms way in fact it’s worse I’ve have become addicted worst to suboxon then any other habit I’ve ever had I can’t sleep or eat due to side effects of the medicine I’m on other meds as well and the doctor is inconsistent with giving me those on time addiction is a fighting disease and it’s a constant battle to stay sober every day I would think an addiction service center would be concerned with your sobriety and not the money from your insurance company I’ve never been treated so bad in my life by any individual just because you think you’re a doctor you’re not better than anybody else you don’t know more than everybody else you can’t even keep up with my medication regimen not only to mention that you give me medicine that is harmful for my liver Thanks for Wasting two months of life and setting my recovery back

I have been calling the number for 4days and no one answers the phone. When I press the option to speak to someone it tells me it's an invalid option and then tells me to pick a correct option...
