This is by far the worst rapid rehousing program that I have ever worked with. They do NOT care about the tenants at all. In fact, they exited a tenant from the program without giving any notice. The tenant had mental health issues and was jobless at the time. That tenant is in a far worse position because of this program. He now sleeps on the streets. I feel this tenant really needed their assistance more than any other Rapid Rehousing client i ever had and they failed him. ECS used deceptive tactics to get problematic tenants placed in homes. One tenant owes me thousands but she refuses to pay or leave. Instead, she would rather sue everyone even the program because she think the world owes her something. Prior to her moving in I picked up a strange vibe and I asked them about. I was assured that the woman was educated and she wouldn't cause any issues. I'm still stuck with this disgusting lady after 2 plus years.

The quality of service is next-level and life changing. Highly recommend this organization for persons seeking re-entry into mainstream society.
