Washington DC Human Services Department

I wish i could rate this with negative numbers. With that being side my bad experience started when i walked in the door. As i was called to representative she was very rude and had a attitude. I proceed to tell her I'm in the office because I would like to be removed from the health insurance plan and she gives me a form for food stamps. FOOD STAMPS!!! And highlight the areas for me to fill. After waiting 40 mins only 3 numbers were called. I left. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. The representatives are rude and aggressive when giving people directions when their numbers are called, which is uncalled for. It's really beyond me how some of these people have jobs with their so called customer service.

The worst service ever .... just sad af.... very poor customer service skillls . Whole team need to be trained the right way , instead everyone acting ghetto af ... please check on this location ,,, BBB better business bureau or someone need to change this staff foreal

It is absolutely DEPLORABLE and INHUMANE that this service center does not have adequate air conditioning running in this kind of weather. Currently there are infants and children in the facility with their parents. They are crying and irritable due to the uncomfortable temperature issue. The staff appears to disinterested and unmotivated to work diligently at assisting the customers in a timely and professional manner. Morale seems to be at an ALL TIME low. I feel depressed just from being in this kind of atmosphere. My heart goes out to ANY person who has to come and work under these kind od conditions. This agency needs to undergo a MAJOR transformation.

This place is super 🐌 slow 99% of the staff is rude and act like they are better then everyone that walks through the door they cut off same day services extra early no point in having an appointment because you still won't be seen for hours they scan documents in give u a receipt thhen say they never got it everytime I call to get update on documents i dropped of ( tying in with what I just said) I'm on hold for an hour if not more I'm on my cell now callong been on hold for 46 min it just started ringing nobody answered so it just hung up

If I could give it no stars I would!! They just go a woman's child taken away yesterday because they were being a hot mess and allowed the special police to slam her around in front of her child!!!!
