Eco Glass recently replaced the glass panes in our large bay window along with installing new window stoppings on the exterior and steel brackets underneath the window. We could not find anyone to install a new window to match what we currently have. When we called Eco Glass, we received an estimate quickly. We were highly impressed with the attention to detail and workmanship during the installation. Now our window has been restored to maintain its mid century look! I would highly recommend working with Eco Glass and will reach out to them for any future needs.
I received an estimate of roughly $400 from Eco Glass to repair 4 windows at my investment property. I paid my deposit of $200+ on May 13th, 2019 and was advised that the material would be in within 7-10 business days with scheduling to shortly follow. Over a month passed and I did not hear anything, so I decided to follow up. After roughly 10 phone calls with no answer, several voicemails and emails with no response, I decided to dispute the charged deposit with my credit card company and was given my money back. I have done business with Eco Glass in the past and was very pleased, so I’m not sure why I received such poor service this time after taking my deposit. I have now lost weeks of progress and have to find another contractor.
I recently remodeled my bathroom, and had Ecoglass install a custom shower door. Their service was quick and responsive, and the installers were polite and friendly. They also designed a beautiful custom mirror in an artisan wood frame for me. I'm very happy with how everything turned out, would definitely recommend Ecoglass to my friends!
I had a problem with the double glass pane and once I notified Steve of the problem he came out to my home to check the window out. He then immediately contacted his supplier and ordered a new double pane window. Steve called to inform me he had contacted his supplier and the window would be replaced and that he had placed a rush order on it. Once they received the new window he contacted me again, and we set up a time to install it the next day. The owners, Steve and Dave, are very professional, friendly, conscientious, and did an excellent job installing my windows, and their pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this company. You will be very pleased with their work and their glass.
Eco Glass Designs is a great, local company that does fantastic work for their clients. They have a personalized approach with each client and I highly recommend them for your customized residential and commercial needs!!!
