Beautiful historic stained glass store. Quality products, super friendly staff, and an amazing gallery of completed works and designs. Excited to find this gem while visiting from out of town and can't wait to return.
We wanted to update our kitchen cabinets. So we had the center panels cut out prior to coming to Franklin and they installed clear swirled glass for us. We couldn’t be happier. The work was done in a timely manner and gave our doors a great look.
The place is easy to find, convenient parking and inside was very organized and clean. We showed them a broken billboard light my dads who passed in hopes they could help us find a match for the broken pieces. Without missing a beat, they walked over and found a perfect match. The price was only $8. They kindly offered us a very reasonable estimate to replace the broken pieces if we couldn’t fix it ourselves.
I ordered a $62 full sheet of Limited Edition “Southwest Reaction” SYS96 Fuser’s Reserve which was cut into 2 pieces measuring 12x24 for shipping. I was charged a $26 boxing fee. When received both pieces were broken into several pieces, some very small. I let them know and provided pictures. Absolutely no response!! I expected my $111.53 order to arrive safely. UPDATE! After a month Franklin contacted me and said they’d send a replacement. I was very happy about that! I was very careful when opening this one. Same boxing, same packing, same result but much worse! Bottom 4 photos. Another replacement coming soon. Hoping that they stabilize the glass a lot better this time around! FINAL UPDATE! SUCCESS‼ Got the 3rd replacement today. It arrived in perfect condition It may have taken awhile, but Franklin Art Glass has followed through and in the end their customer service triumphed!
I have ordered sheets of glass from this place twice now and was very pleased each time. Everything arrived in one piece and within a week of ordering. Very impressive how quick they are. I will definitely be hitting them up again.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything needed for a hobbyist. The array of glass is dazzling. Like a kid in a candy store, I want it all.
There's a reason this company has such good reviews, they do great work. I had them protect a very large installation of stained glass for me in an 1880's home, and the work they did looks like it could protect the Mona Lisa. Very very well done - thank you!
My dad is a stained glass artist retired after 43 years. Franklin glass is where he introduced me to as a child. I grew up in and out of this establishment with my father as they taught me the trade work and craftsmanship. This place one hundred percent has guaranteed in stock All Glass requirements all accessories in beautiful amazing pieces for sale. Franklin Art Glass Studios is absolutely Fantastic for window shopping. If you are a stained glass artist and you are not buying your products from Franklin Art Glass Studios, I highly suggest you rethink your decision. You won't be disappointed I promise. Gary the owner is a wonderful person running the best glass studio in Columbus hands down. 5
Great place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice selection. Prices are pretty good.
During this pandemic, my closest glass distributor was closed. I needed a sheet of a specific type of glass and checked out Franklin online. They had the exact product number I was looking for Wissmach 257 at a competitive price even after adding in packing and shipping. The cut sheet arrived quickly and was packed very well. Nothing was broken and the glass was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for fulfilling the order so professionally, especially under these circumstances!
