Just visited - poor customer service, rude, did not acknowledge us or even try to answer questions or look for merchandise. Super disappointed as we have had incredible service at this store in the past. Something has definitely changed. The jackets  we looked at were actually all filthy and had major flaws - holes, stuffing coming out, etc. The jackets looked as if someone with salt and dirt on their shoes walked all over them - it was not something that was wiping out and affected the majority of the stock we were looking at. Staff was disinterested and could have cared less. Won't be going back. Save yourself a trip and order online.

This store is very good , since I quit going to VERNON HILLS & WOODFIELD LOCATION .
STUFF ARE FRIENDLY,  KNOWS PRODUCTS.
DO NOT GO TO VERNON HILLS and WOODFIELD LOCATION, THEY ARE SO RUDE
