I had been shopping online for an internal frame backpack to use on Colorado hiking trips.I went to Erehwon store at the Bayshore Mall in Glendale, WI to learn more. The associate was able to help me determine what I needed, measure and fit me for the right size, and teach me how to adjust my new pack in less than 30 min. Knowledge and experience matters and she was very helpful.

Got screwed on price. My own fault, because I was in a hurry and looking at the Kamik Griffon C Men's boot. I paid $100 and the day of my departure noticed that it's $59.99 on Amazon with Amazon Prime. I paid almost double at this place...foolish of me to think any brick and mortar retail is ever the place to shop.
