Wisconsin Outdoor Games

I ordered 16 bags from them and paid online May 16th and still have not received them. They do not answer my emails, calls, or messages. They took my $57 payment and I never heard from them again.

Communication is key to a good business. We placed an order paid in full and haven't heard anything on the status of our order. We've left messages on fb, they're website and the phone number given and have gotten no response at all. Just left the store and it's now an antique store owner told us Wisconsin Outdoor went out of business. So anyone who ordered has been scammed out of their money.

I cannot recommend this business. I ordered and paid for a bags set in April 2021. I drove 70 miles roundtrip to the store after I was assured that my set was ready only to find out once I was there that it was not. I have made repeated attempts to either get the set or a refund. I am frustrated and wish they would make it right.

Are you still in business??? Wife paid for 2 sets of boards last December and we still don’t have them. Thanks for nothing…

I have still never received my boards or bags. They are trying to tell me I owe them another $72 for the shipping for the boards that I only pay for the shipping of the bags and the order was like over two hundred dollars and still they will not return my calls my emails or nothing. Very poor business. Just refund my money. Yes and I have sent emails over and over about how I can pay you the 72.00 dollars and still nothing. I can forward all the emails if you like. If not just reimburse my money and I'll go some place else

I never leave reviews, but felt I needed to. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 8 cornhole bags back on June 14, 2021 and I have not received them. I've emailed and messaged them through facebook multiple times with only one response "Which bags were they?". Seriously, I sent the order # with my messages. I sure wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I purchased a cornhole set on 30APR2021 and I have not received my order. I called during their business hours and it goes straight to a full mailbox. I have emailed several times and the only response I received is that they "will check on my order". If the owner is monitoring these reviews- please respond to emails and let your customers know the status of their orders.

The boards are pretty good but the service it terrible. If you call them it goes straight to voice mail so if you need to get a hold of them, message them on Facebook, they replied to me that way. They said it would take 15 days after I ordered them. A month went by and I haven’t heard anything so I had to go there and they said it would be another week. They could have called me to let me know instead of leaving me hanging. Even when they were done they didn’t call me, I had to message them and ask. Worst service ever.

I should have read the online reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered a set of bags back in April that I have never recieved. The phone number listed goes right to voicemail, they do not respond to emails. I specifically wanted to spend my money at a small business. I guess I did, because they took my money. Lesson learned. I will use Amazon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. Go back and read all of the emails I sent asking for tracking info. The ones you didnt reply to. You are calling me unkind? You took my money. Show a little professionalism. Are you going to answer your phone or the 9 emails I have sent asking for a tracking number? Regarding your reply about me complaining before i got the bags?!?!? I never got the bags, that's the complaint! Am I reading your response right? You are not going to honor my order, that you took my money for, because you think I am unkind? Your failure to respond to my calls and emails is a pure lack of respect for your customers. 5/18/2021 This company has not delivered my purchase. They have not refunded my money. They have not contacted me via phone as I have requested multiple times.
