We recently completed our first pool with Edgewater Pools and couldn't be happier with the entire process. The sales team was amazing in working with us on our design and being available to answer all our questions. The construction/project manager were phenomenal and communicated frequently to keep us informed of the weekly schedule. All of the sub contractors used were very professional. Would highly recommend Edgewater Pools if you are thinking about getting a pool as they made a rather stressful process feel like the exact opposite; couldn't be happier.

We started using our new pool this weekend and are absolutely delighted with it!! We received great service and friendly and professional advice from John, David, Ginger and Jacob. Our pool dimensions and depth were customised by the team to allow laps and tumble turns, the materials, colours and lights are great and the workmanship and commissioning was first class. We would highly recommend Edgewater if you’re looking for a great value, customised pool with exemplary service and hassle free installation.

Edgewater Pools recently completed our pool build and we could not be happier! The entire Edgewater team, from our Sales Rep, to the Construction Manager, to the Project Manager, were all extremely efficient and on top of their game, respectful of our property, and committed to our dream. Unfortunately, they encountered nothing but rock in our back yard, but the team persevered and conquered all issues, and we are now preparing to enjoy our new pool Summer 2018!

Made appointment for service. Was told they would have a technician here "if it didn't rain". No rain at all on day of appointment, waited the whole day, no one came or called. The answer given to my post is not accurate. No communication was given for a re-schedule until I called the next day to ask why no one showed up. I was told that they would be here if there was no rain and I waited the whole day for service or communication.

I want to give a shout out to Edgewater Pools for their tremendous dedication throughout the process of our pool build. We had a great experience with this pool company and I highly recommend them. The levels of customer service Edgewater provided us, was so refreshing. We truly feel they had our best interest throughout the entire build. I especially want to thank Shawn, Millisa, Jon, Ginger, Rick, Shane and Amy. EVERYONE was a pleasure to work with, but you seven really went out of your way to help us. Thank you so much.
