Edible Arrangements

My husband ordered an arrangement for delivery as a surprise gift for me. When the delivery driver reached the parking lot of our apartment complex, she called his cell phone to confirm that she was in the right place instead of just coming to the door. I was sitting right next to him and overheard the conversation, which kind of ruined the surprise. When I went to the door to let her in, she was empty-handed. She had realized that she had forgotten our arrangement back at the store. Ok, mistakes happen, but since she can only deliver the arrangement if someone is home, we were forced put our plans for the day on hold to wait around for a while while she drove back to the store to get it. When she came back with our arrangement, she apologized and said, "At least I didn't deliver it to the wrong house, I've done that before!" My husband was very disappointed. Luckily the arrangement was put together well and of good quality.

Expensive,but fancy enough to justify. I like that they can make some things on demand for walk in orders, and have a few pre-made things for last minute shoppers. Sometimes they have free samples too.

Worst location I have ever been to! In my experience Edible Arrangements normally keeps things in the cooler that are pre-made that you can Grab & Go there was nothing and the cooler that was pretty made so I ordered a box of dipped fruit that was mixed the woman told me it would take 10 minutes to have it prepared so I went ahead and purchased it it was nowhere near 10 minutes before it was done in fact I waited almost an hour and a half to have my order. The staff are incompetent and rude will never spend my money there again I noticed all of their customers today were in the same situation I am surprised they are still in business!

Delivery was not made in the time window specified they called an hour later to deliver the basket to my wife's job which she since left for day so the driver had to bring it to the house which turned out to be an hour and a half after the time
