I wish I could give -10 . The Big Black Guy in Security with No Twic Card is extremely Rude and racist and lier . I never see such an arrogant and idiot person since I am driving . Who love to make issue of his ego even someone apologize for a very small common mistake . First of all when you check in there is a sign of foot step and nothing write down to stand there. Normally driver go forward to window to give pickup number but this idiot told you rudely to stand away from window on that steps under the camera. He asked my pickup number which was wrong so he said move your truck ,come out side and get your pickup number and come back again. I went inside and I found a very large space so I prefer ed to call my company and ask pickup number. I t pickup number and came outside and make a Uturn from next street for the check in. This whole process took 10 minutes and when I went to the window he start yelling why you spent 15 min on the dock . I told him and show him time it's 10 min and this is my first time I didn't knew these rules so I apologise but he said you can't pickup a load today on this port . I apologized several time but he was rude and arrogant . Finally I have to stay outside and my company contacted some other company to get that load . I would never pickup any load from this port again.

As of (04-27-18) TWIC escort fee $32.00 cash. When checking in you will need BOL/CDL/ Tractor & Trailer tag #/Pen - otherwise you will do a lot of walking and lose your place in line. Delivery of roll stock w 53' dry van w/o TWIC card. Staff is friendly but overworked. Very complicated check in/out. Apx 2 1/2 for 6 rolls.. Trk Stp 1/10 mile from port w limited hours of operation.

Customer service sucks. They are rude. I don't understand how shipper use this port. They are not even worth 1 star.

Kind of a complicated place. Have to cross Gates first then go to the shipping office and pay $32 fee then if you need an escort you pay $99 at the shed also. hahahaha.
