Edward Tsai, DO

I called because I was interested in becoming a new patient. A person named Nikola answered and immediately placed me on hold. She proceeded to check back every 2-3 minutes to inform me to still hold. Finally, she came back after over 10 total min on hold, and I explained to her I’m interested in becoming a new patient. She rudely said, “I’m going to need to place you on hold”. She started playing the hold game again checking back, and I tried to voice my concern before being placed on hold for about the 6th or 7th time. Every time though, I can’t even respond and was quickly placed on hold. I am working too and my time is valuable. Poor first impression of what to expect from your office staff and likely you. I’ll go elsewhere.

Best Dr I have ever had. Been with him since 2007. Over the years, my health has changed from this to that, severe to not, and he's always been there for me. I felt like I needed to leave a longer review than just "I've been with him since 2007." The woman who runs the front office staff omit name as that's private information who runs the front has been there for a while now. She's very nice and even when it's super over the top crazy busy, she answers questions the front office staff have. It's hard to imagine that the first time I found Dr. Tsai I was just 27 years old. And now in 2023, I'm 43! I was in Las Vegas six years when I found him. And I've never gone to anyone else unless I had to see a specialist. When your health changes over time from your late 20s to mid 40s, and as women, we know the changes that come in that time, it's important to have one Dr you can trust to know your whole real adult history pretty close to it at this point when I found him. He was so young himself then. Just a nurse and a receptionist. As the years have gone by, it's gotten a lot busier and though I'd like to be selfish and wish for the days I could call at 8am and be in at 8:30am, haha, I'm happy he's doing so well. Dr. Tsai is very kind. He has an old school approach to his visits. He wants to check all vitals and with that you might not see teledoc with him anytime soon haha, but that's okay. He now has a service that text messages you when medication has been sent to the pharmacy, and that's nice. Dr. Tsai will always do his best to make sure all of my general, albeit, extensive haha, needs are taken care of and anytime he has referred me to a specialist, it's been a pretty good experience. 16 years is a long time and so many things come and go in our medical needs. I like that he is the one who knows and understands them all.

We recently moved from NYC in 2021. Health care in Vegas leaves much to be desired. Not as good as NY. However, I was lucky to find Dr. Tsai, he is caring, knowledgeable and truly one of the top physicians in Vegas

Best Doctor ever. He is knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and legitimately cares. I never mind if I have a little bit of a wait because it means he hasn't rushed through someone's appointment and I know he want rush through mine. I'm extremely lucky to have Dr. Tsai as my doctor.

First off, Dr. Tsai is amazing, but the receptionist need to work on her customer service.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Tsai. The experience was great! I only wish I had met him sooner. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say and I really felt heard. The office staff were very nice, as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Tsai since 2007 and he has always been attentive and concerned with all my families needs and issues. I first met him while in the hospital for an emergency surgery and he was assigned to check on me afterward. His bedside manner was so great that I chose to stick with him as my PCP ever since. After the introduction of the ACA he seems to have taken on quite a few new patients which means longer wait times in the front office, however, he still takes just as much time during the appointment making sure he addresses all of our needs thoroughly. I have recommended him to all of my friends and everyone has always come back satisfied. I've even had a few clients of mine try to recommend him to me not knowing that he was already my doctor! Lets all be honest, we normally wait in a doctors office, and if we don't, then the doctor probably isn't doing his job with the people before you and won't do a good enough job for you either.

Ridiculously unprofessional. Waited 25 mins to be let in after appt .time, plus another 38 mins for a doctor to come into the room left at that point. When asking front lady reason for delay at the beginning, she responded with: "You know, peoples health problems are serious" - which I never assumed they were not. When wife called to follow-up, same lady said if we didn’t like it we can go to any other doctor. Super rude and low level of service.

Dr Tsai is the best dr my husband and I have been to in Las Vegas. I first appreciated his practice because there wasn't a long wait when you've made an appointment. I appreciate when a business respects my time. He's a caring and thorough. He truly seems to care about your health. He's definitely not the in and out "next" kind of person.

Dr. E. Tsai is the best Dr. I've ever had, he is a very caring Dr. he is very patient, thorough, and he will take time to listen to you he will never shove you out the door under any circumstances Great job Dr. Tsai and I love his staff as well, a whole clinic full of caring people.
