I honestly don’t know why these guys have such bad ratings... They were very professional with me, and handled my situation for me accurately, efficiently and with a courteous smile. I left their office, bail was posted and my loved one called me in ten minutes when they were released. Plus, I contacted this office at 4AM and my situation was still handled with a courteous professionalism that is unmatched. I’m very pleased with this bondsman, and HIGHLY recommend them.

These representatives are very unprofessional. They're rude, condesending, filthy mouthed employees. (If thats what you want to call them) who lie to you telling you they will call you back just to get you off the phone and never return your calls. So when you blow their phones up demanding answer they become verbally aggresive and start yelling. Sorry but the truth hurts. Never again. I will deal with the other bondsman of Yakima if the need arises.
