They came through when i needed to bail someone out. Put the persons car title up for collaterall . Quick and easy process. Paid off what was owed in cash in payments. Was late about a month on last payment to get the title back was told through a verbal agreement that they would waive the extra for being late just square up with what was owed. Went to get the title over the weekend and it was a different employee there who was unable to verify my verbal agreement so i got stuck paying the extra. Thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars. Hey i was late i understand but a deals a deal. I would reccomend.

24 hours is a lie. I'm not even sure how they can get away with advertising as such. I tried calling a few times between 4:30 and 6am, I continually got voice-mail (left 1 message and never got a call back). We even drove around to find an open office. Their lights are on, the sign says open and there's no one there. At 6:30am I finally get someone on the phone. That person says there won't be anyone in the office until 8:15 and when I ask how this is 24hrs he replies (rudely) with well you got me on the phone. Seriously, don't waste your time here. Aladdin might not be 24hrs either but they were cheaper, didn't require collateral from us and they open at 7am.
