I was asked to call this company based off their ease of use and their reputation. I contacted the place/company and told them what services were needed and my lack of experience with this kind of a service. They started out being very accommodating and explained the process and even suggested they could meet close to my home to finalize the process. Randy Bosley was the person I was originally talking too. I never met this gentleman, however, I was in contact with him in multiple communications over an hour period. Two hours went by from the previous conversation, so I called him back to figure out when he was going to be available. The phone rang and he could not hear what I was saying so the conversation ended. I waited a few minutes and called him back. This is where it became a disfunctional conversation. Mr. Bosley stated that he had tried a few times to get in touch with me but he stated "some things came up" not knowing what that meant I tried to come to an agreement of a time and place. Mr. Bosley proceeded to over talk me and tell me he didn't need my business and proceeded to end the conversation with telling me I need to go to All City Bail Bonds, he stated my name over and over again and then told me he didn't need to do business with me. I don't know how these kinds of business function, but I definitely know you should never be treated like this in a vulnerable situation. I recommend staying far away from this company and trusting your money and time into someone/company that values what you are doing to help someone else out.
