Kelly and Chistean are wonderful they made my experience better. They were kind and understanding on my fist time bailing out my son..they are affordable in these stress times.. I would recommend this Bail Bond comany to anyone that is going there hard times..these professionals have a heart and soul and love what they do.. i felt truly they saw me as mom trying her hardest to help there child.. Couldn't ask for a better experience in a situation like this. The man who answered the phone was kind and accommodating. They made it easy to post bail in Tacoma from Port Orchard and even called to check on me to make sure they'd be ready when I was because they were starting to get busy. Five stars is not enough for the stress relief and support they provide.

Incredibly helpful! She was so nice and quick. Explainer everything very thoroughly and even walked me over to show me where I would be picking up. If having to bail somebody out could be a good experience she made it one.

Worse experience ever. Not the The Bail Co- but my partner being thrown in jail!! Anyway, The Bail Co was helpful, with tips, suggestions, and the answers to questions, me as a first timer user of a bail bonds company, could need. The man over the phone, was patient with me, (calling 3x back to back) and friendly while providing sound advice... he was able to work out a specific plan for my situation, that I was thankful for, but won't go into too much detail. He did forget to call me back, but probably because he got ahold of the third party we were including and most likely assumed we spoke. Not a big enough deal to lower my review, he was VERY nice and personable over the phone, enough so to over look it. Christine took me over to get my loved one, and was nice and also helpful. She made small talk back with me during waiting times, which is greater than awkward silence! I would recommend to whomever else finds themselves in a tough spot.. this team is FAST, friendly, and to the point. *****
