Aladdin Bail Bonds

Bad part of town. Slow to post bond after bail paid

Just experienced the worst customer service. the employee that took my call told me that I needed to have a pay stub and valid ID and when I informed him that I didn't have a pay stub but had no problem in the past only having my valid ID, he told me to try somewhere else and quickly hung up on me before I could respond or even say thank you! In the past I had great experiences with the company, no issues and prompt, respectful service that's why I am so confused and upset by this

They have always been great experiences with Aladdin. I have dealt with other bondsman and had awful experiences, not once has Aladdin done me wrong or made anything difficult. I will never use another bondsman unless I have no other choice.

This place is rude..... Bail out somewhere else. Staff there acts like there above you and will be little you as much as possible. (next day) they called me telling me that I didn't tell them how to do there job. And they now want more money. I am calling the Better Business Bureau on them and filing a complaint and would suggest anyone that has had the same dealings with them should do the same.
