Einstein Bros. Bagels

My husband is a vegetarian and decided to grab an egg and cheese sandwich and coffee from this place this morning. First the employee at the register charged him for two eggs when he ordered just one. When he let her know, she then charged him for a ham and cheese as he saw the receipt. When he let her know that he didn't order ham (being a vegetarian), she told him not to worry about it and that the sandwich preparer knew what he wanted. Sure enough, they put ham on his sandwich. Again, he had to correct his order. The woman who was making the sandwich was apologetic and wanted to make things right. The woman at the register actually had the gall to say "What's the big deal?" Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that? She was beyond rude!

The worst customer service ever. Every single time I went there they got my order wrong. It’s frustrating to realize after you leave that item that you paid for is missing or is different than you asked for. And that is considering that there are always two or three employees by the counter. But they are always busy in their phones or discussing their personal life events right in front of the customers making order. That’s a shame because this spot could be a great breakfast/lunch spot if employees were more responsible and friendly.

Good food, unfortunately by mid day they seems to be running low on stock.

Basically bread, which to me is not a bagel. Try a real bagel sometime (eg. boiled with a crispy outside and doughy inside) and you won't go back.

Friendly service and good food but they were out of several types of bagels mid day
