Einstein Bros. Bagels

O M Goodness! Do you love, love bagels but are afraid to eat them because they pack on the calories? Einstein Bagels has come up with a solution. I believe they call them thintastic bagels. What better to go with your freshly made bagel sandwich but the finest ingredients, cage free eggs.nitrite and nitrate free thick-cut, delicious bacon and fresh veggies of your choice. Now if this doesn't get your juices flowing, have a cup of their fresh brewed coffee and take home or to the office a baker's dozen of their yummy bagels with a tub of strawberry Shmear. You'll surely earn some kudos.🤗

Ordered a no yolk bagel with turkey bacon, spiced tomato spread with an orange juice. Got a bagel with cold egg yolk, pig bacon and they didn't have tomato spread. They did mention not having tomato spread once I sat down. Said some cream cheese on side would be fine but that didn't come Friends order came with different bagel because no avocado bagel available. Charged 3 bucks for orange juice without explainin cup vs bottle. We made a comment but no response . Finally went up and gave them back order and got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Offered no discount or refund. Seem understaffed with less than desirable customer service. 18.79 DOWN THE DRAIN.

This place used to be fantastic - friendly and fast service and they always had all of their menu items available despite the busy Sunday morning rush. However, the last several weeks have been the complete opposite. On average we’ve waited over a half hour for our simple orders to be ready - and that’s after trying to figure out what to get because 75% of their menu items are not available. The younger staff working the cash registers are very polite and doing the best they can, but there’s an older woman in the back who screams all day behind the counter and is rather rude when You ask why an item that you ordered and was told was available was no longer available after a half hour of waiting. Also, the food was never hot by the time we received it. I’m not sure what change happened, but after several chances, we will not be returning here.

Always Great. Sometimes there's a wait. No big deal though. I have to admit though while waiting for my tasty sandwiches it is often humorous watching the more impatient customers coming in thinking that they own the place and watch them rant and Rave and accuse employees of being rude when that's not the case. They're just being dicks. So if you come inside and make an order and wait for 10 minutes+, there's a good chance one or two Mr pouty-faces will walk in and put on a show for you. Lol. On a more serious note , been coming here for 7 years, usually on my day off. Never had any issues with the food, every once in a while you may catch them understaffed by one person or they might be training a new person that slows up the process. Nothing unusual as opposed to any other business or company that's down an employee or training a new hire.

Food was pretty good. I got a bagel sandwich but a little on the pricey side for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Coffee was ok. Biggest disappointment was not having someplace to plug my phone in for a few minutes as there were no public plugs.
