Mexican restaurant. Liked fish tacos and bean dip Relatively inexpensive, fun decor, wait staff may speak little English and shy to speak Spanish.They always call manager. We always come back again.

Well, the service was excellent but when we went up to pay our bill, the woman at the register, apparently she was the manager, said hi, and nothing else. Didn't ask how our meal was, which was awesome, didn't ask for payment, just held her hand out, and didn't say thank you or have a nice day. We will eat there again, but she was not welcoming at all.
