El Toro Mexican Restaurant

Cannot say enough good things about the fine folks at El Toro! We are from Texas and were passing by and had a fantastic experience with Elaine and the owner. My son is a picky eater and really only eats cheese puffs and rice when we go to Mexican restaurants but that was not on the menu. However, Elaine and the kitchen staff whipped up the most awesome cheese puff my son has ever had! The staff saw how much he liked it and made one for themselves… And they loved it! They even said they are going to put it on the menu! By the time Elaine got my wife and I to go cups of our drinks and a bag of chips for the road for my youngest son we felt like family. Everybody got hugs before we left! I don’t know when we will be through town again but we will go out of our way to stop and have a meal with these fine folks!

Saturday night-wow what a great place! The staff was fabulous, and helpful! Great food! That iced coffee that was made for my mother was outstanding-so tasty and super fresh since it was made to order! We will most certainly be return customers!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant! I love the chili, tacos and enchiladas; my mom loves the taco salad and shrimp Vera Cruz; and my dad loves the Monterey dinner. One by one I'm eventually going to try everything on the menu, but these are my favorites right now. Reasonably priced, great service, and we love eating outside on the patio. Awesome place! ❤애!❣♥

The bestest around. NEVER have I had a bad menu item in fifteen years. The Owners and staff are always friendly and accommodating.

They have the most awesome fajitas. The two person fajitas isn't an awesome deal but the flavor was great. The quesadilla didn't really thrill my little one but it was good. You can't go wrong with the food here. You're going to be pleased and the guac and salsa here is phenomenal!
