Elevated Fence

We love our fence! The entire process was a great experience. Communication, thoroughness, and the fence itself. We would recommend them to any of our friends!

We actually had a fence installed several years ago at our old house with this company. We gave them 5 out of 5 stars for their customer service and work, which led to us to reaching out to them again to get a quote for a fence at our new house. We scheduled a day and time for an estimate, but no one showed up or called. I reached out and left a message that day. I called again the next day and the woman I spoke to said they got busy at another job, which is why they never showed up. Again, our experience was good several years ago, so I figured I would just schedule another estimate. That estimate was scheduled for today, and while it’s a new day, it’s the same story. No one showed up. No one called. No one answered their phone when I reached out. Business must be good if you can no call/no show twice in one week. On to the next company. *Update* The owner reached out and apologized for the experience. He personally came out to give us an estimate. He answered all of my questions and while we are not moving forward at this time with updating and expanding our fence, we plan to do so next year, and we will be reaching out to Elevated Fence when we do so. Thank you for re-earning our business!

I want to thank Elevated Fence for their service for our condo association in the installation of our new fencing. I say this namely because of Mark salesman & installer and his personable service throughout the entire period. Even though the installation of service was delayed due to Covid and issues with the supplier they worked with for our project, Mark made himself available to keep me updated with the job. Mark and the others at Elevated Fence did an incredible job as you can see. There’s significant grading differences in the sides downward slope but they made it like 1 smooth continuous structure. Gorgeous work with great included warranties at the best price we found as well comparing multiple top companies. Highly recommend for guys who really care about what they’re doing.
