Trudeau's Fence

Trudeau did a great job! Great customer service and communication throughout the process. The installers were friendly and careful with our landscaping. The sales staff and office staff were professional and happy to answer our questions and respond to our concerns. Very good experience! We would highly recommend this company!

I just have to give praise to the best company I've ever worked for. Trudeau's fence Company is it amazing family oriented business. They truly care about their employees and for that I am grateful I am posting pictures of our fur babies that come to work everyday. The love and animal can share is amazing thank you Lily and Kana keeping our days amusing, exercise for outside purposes and all the hugs and kisses you could ever imagine.

We had Trudeau's install a non-motorized driveway gate for us. As with other reviewers, we had a good experience with the team who actually did the work, but a negative experience with the office staff/administrative team. In short, the work was incredibly delayed from what we were told to expect estimated lead time was 14 weeks, actual time ended up being about 29 weeks. We understand supply chain difficulties but the delay was frustrating. Even worse though was the lack of communication. As their estimated time of installation came and went there was no update about what was going on or when we could expect our gate, and every time I asked it was like I was harassing them by checking in. At one point our gate was finally delivered, but apparently was damaged and had to be returned to the manufacturer, and they never even bothered to tell us. It was only when I inquired - again - that I got that update. So the work was good and we are very happy with the gate we have now. However, the lack of communication and delay were both incredibly frustrating and really negatively impacted our experience with Trudeau's.
