I am a registered nurse and worked with the providers at the Elgin clinic in caring for a homebound patient who required 24-hour care for complex related issues.  The staff were  always available to the patient, patient's family and the nurses.  They all had an excellent bedside manner and explain their rationale thoroughly.  A pleasure to work with.
