UNPROFESSIONAL I faxed a piece of paper that doctor Yurfeld had to fill out that would only take a few minutes and fax back it's been three days and still nothing I call and I'm on hold for 10 mins just to tell me she hasn't filled out the paperwork SMH do not recommend this place to anyone

I've been going there for a couple of years and Dr. Yurfield is my Angel. She has gone above and beyond to find out what was wrong with me, and after seeing several specialist that has cost me several $$$$ she found it out just by listening to me. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr Yurfield for being there for me and my family.

I have been coming to the SW Family Med Clinic since 2012. I have never considered to go anywhere else. The program they offered me was a complete success. The staff helped, they were open & I could be honest & know they had MY best interest at heart. The STAR was my doctor. Without her my health would be so bad, at 50 I may have been in a nursing home or worse. Dr. Penny Hoover, changed my life. I went from dying to LIVING like I never thought possible again. She is an amazing human being as well as a professional. She knows her way around the medical profession to where they respect her & her patients & treat them accordingly. I do not think there is a better FAMILY practice ANYWHERE in Oklahoma with the genuine people that ALL CARE & do their job so well that YOU ARE taken care of by the end of that day. ON THE SPOT IF POSSIBLE. Rose, she deserved her birth name. She is. SWEET. You automatically pic up what a warm caring person she is. Jill, well I have been very demanding of her....She still...just as good as gold. Always good with speaking & handling things to where if you do not understand? You will once Jill talks. She is that good I promise! LOVE THEM ALL! They are all now part of my life. I am so thankful for Penny Hoover, & SW OK Family Medical Clinic for saving my life. I am LIVING my life to the fullest! I owe each & every one of them a special thanks.

I mentored at this clinic for school. I love every minute I spent there. The staff goes beyond to help their patients. They are so helpful and love their jobs. If I were staying in town, I would definitely go work there, even have them assist me in care. I love this clinic. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Worst place I've ever been. They complained about how many times i brought my child in when they told me to keep bringing him back for checkups so he could return to school..
