Eliot on 4th

Every once in while I run into a employee without a mask on in the hallway I guess is the choice of the residents in the building to wear a mask if they want to or not but I thought in DC for employers to wear a mask in a public place of business

I absolutely love my apartment at the Eliot on 4th...the floor plan, the size, the appliance and the amenities. The building is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. If you are looking for an apartment near The Wharf, this is the place for you!

I've done a lot of research... I mean, for over 3 months, to look for an apartment that has all the amenities, good location, large sq ft, super modern/clean, and good price. If you are looking for all-in-one deal, this is it. I cannot find a single thing to complain about... I want to live here forever !!

In this building i saw the worst concierge ever in my life she's disrespectful persen and epocrit, I went to the wrong door and she was screaming on me, oh God she doesn't deserve to work even in a public restroom

Such a high end residential community but I wish they be more prepared for the unexpected incidents that might happen. Like we had no water for several times. This problem has to be solved or mitigated.

The staff is amazing, lovely place to live! These are great apartments in a great area. Their leasing managers Ndidi and William are always friendly, they know everyone by name. Their maintenance team are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers
