Leo at Waterfront Station Apartments

I recently moved into the Lex apartment, and love the unit and community. My unit is pretty quiet, and I love the floor to ceiling windows. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. John from leasing was so helpful with the entire process, and worked with me to find the perfect unit, and within my budget. I couldn't be happier!

The Leo is a wonderful apartment complex with all the best features. The location, rooftop area, grill areas and pool are among the property's best amenities. Management, maintenance and concierge staff are very communicative and take the time to make living at the Leo a pleasant experience.

Great building and staff. Management company is responsive and repairs/maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Building can be a little loud at times but is overall very nice. The biggest downside is that the parking lot is shared with Safeway and open to the public so my car has been broken into before.
