If you’re looking for cool spot in the Wharf, I highly suggest the Modern on M. The amenities are A++The bozzuto management team has been nothing but great too. They’re so helpful and accommodating with any need their residents have. Shout out to Kherri for going above and beyond!

Helped to host a small gathering at their rooftop & it was a huge success! Expansive indoor-outdoor space with great furniture and kitchen space. Lovey view! I will definitely be eager to return for the rooftop and lovely, accommodating staff.

One of the worst managed apartment complexes in DC constantly smells of marijuana and often has people screaming outside. Management is aware and tends to ignore.
