Staff was wonderful...I needed to check my hearing  because my aides didn't seem to be doing their job well...and in the process learning much more about them and how our ears 'worked' and now I share that info with friends....came away with my aides electronically  tuned and updated.

Best customer service ever!  Completely professional and they make sure their customers are taken care of by answering any and all questions and being responsive to customer needs.  Friendly and patient!  Highly recommend!

i just got my hearing aids today and so far I am loving them! The staff here is great and very knowledgeable. I am so happy I went in to see about improving my hearing.
