It's a good hardware store, with a garden center. It seems like it's one of the only places left we can buy a single bolt or screw. All the other places make you buy a package.

I bought 3 single-cut keys this past Wednesday. The did not work without jiggling in our door lock. I went back today and Dan at the Service Counter cut 3 new ones "without hestitation." Excellant Customer Service!

Nice selection of home repair and home decore. It's a 2 levels but there is an elevator to help people who have a difficult time walking stairs.

Best hardware store I've ever been to. Staff is plentiful and knowledgeable. I've had an excellent experience every time I've been there. Went to many places looking for a t-bolt clamp, which every other store didn't carry or knew existed. The helpful staff at Ace knew exactly what I needed and where it was.
