Would NOT recommend. Poor customer service and horrible phone service. Staff hung up on me stating that they could not hear me. I had to call multiple times before reaching someone, and they heard me perfectly fine. I wanted to check if they had a product in stock, but they would not tell me. Probably why there are very few Sears locations in WI left. I'd rather just go to Menards or elsewhere.

First I love Sears it is a shame there are so few. This one was really nice. They had a great selection of tools and were happy to help out in any way they could.

Steve, the salesman was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher we wanted to purchase. He answered all my questions with answers that I could understand and I had a lot of questions. It was a pleasure to shop at this Sears store.
