Emagine White Bear

it's under construction. But I love the new theater. From outside it looks like it's small but once you get inside its huge. In the theater room we were in... they had new large recliner seats that can be heated! Wow... haven't seen that yet. Plus it recliners pretty far back which is nice. Best part was that it was pretty cheap for tickets. I paid about $7 to watch Quiet Places.

Being the local movie theater we just can't complain. Been going here for years and never a complaint. But since Emagine owns other theaters with the nicer reclining seating it would be great if they had one theater room with that option at White Bear. I'd be willing to pay extra. 5/5/2018 - They are currently going through renovations and we got to see Infinity War in a newly upgraded theater. Wow! Just Wow! The seats are just wonderful. Not only do they recline, they are heated seats! Bring your cell phone and have it on when you go in. You have to select your seats. And it is confusing at first. Find you aisle then check on the blue number in front of the seats. Love this new seating. Definitely worth every penny. Nicer than home! They must have did the renovations quickly. Great job! Can't wait to go to the next movie!

A very good value overall. Reasonable ticket and concession prices. Decent stadium seating with a good sound system. Attentive, friendly and courteous staff. I have frequented this theater for many years and have always had a good experience. Even though I moved several years ago, I will drive to this theater despite the fact that there are three others that are closer to where I live. It’s not quite as fancy as some other theaters but I think that is what makes it a good value. A family of five can go here and buy tickets and concessions for the same cost as only tickets at some of the other theaters in the area.

Great prices. Close parking. This place is remodeling (spring 2018) and is going to be even better by the time summer rolls around. Best place in the area to watch movies. The young people that work here do a great job -- it is nice to see a local business hire so many young adults. I'm not sure if they are keeping the arcade after the remodel, but I hopes so!

I have been going to this theatre for many years, never had any complaints until tonight. When I arrived there was only one worker working the ticket counter, a small wait is normally fine, but when it was finally my turn, the worker was very uncertain about how to choose our seats. I proceeded to buy 2 drinks and a popcorn BUT the cashier did not know how to give me back the correct change— gave me too little change back, I corrected him and then he gave me too much... came back out half way through the movie to get some popcorn and the other employee did not know what size popcorn I had even ordered. I had to explain it all to him and help him with the amount of change I would receive back. Very frustrating, bad customer service and poorly trained staff. Lines were very long considering amount of staff present. Probably won’t return here as the service has declined since renovations.
