AMC Arbor Lakes 16

I always enjoy this movie theater. The people who work there are nice and polite. I would recommend this theater to others, and I absolutely love going later in the evening because every time I have there has been no crowd.

The experience was only ok. The theater is looking dirty to me with sticky floors. And in the ladies bathroom had a broken lock on one of the doors and one of the water faucets wasn't working. With a full house. At the butter station the counter was slimy with butter, now mind you this was at 11:15 Sunday morning. Maybe it wasn't cleaned up from Saturday shows. Also if you are a preferred customers you have a shorter line to wait in to get snacks. Like a short cut. I asked aren't we all preferred customers?.The server just laughs. And don't get me started with the front doors just nasty.

Went as a family to see the Black Panther movie Sunday. Awesome show, great service at the ticket counter and at the concessions area. However, the trash cans around the popcorn buttering area and soda pop fill up were overflowing and it was only noon. I had to use the restroom after the show and two urinals were non functioning as was one separated bathroom stall. The theatre itself is great - but attention to detail and maintenance seems be be falling behind.

That place was nasty I couldn’t even sit down it was so nasty. We got prime seats realized it was nasty kept going up one row to get cleaner area ended up in the top row still searching for a clean spot to sit. I couldn’t make my kids sit there we left and got a refund. I couldn’t believe the people still filling up the theater nasty nasty the biffy at the state fair is cleaner then this theater.

I like this theater because if I am going to see a movie in 3D, I prefer IMAX 3D. This theater has an IMAX screen and it's usually cheaper than Rosedale. And then there are lots of good restaurants in the immediate area for before or after the movie.
