AMC Eden Prairie Mall 18

The AMC theatres are moving towards more self-serve tickets, which I don't mind. This location also has reserved seating with recliner seats. There's a lot of theaters, but they're not that big in size. The staffing was a little weird, there's this big entrance, and one it wasn't staffed to take the ticket. The quality of the sound and picture are good, and the place was clean for the most part.

GREAT theater I saw many amazing movies here. like: MAZE RUNNER:DEATH CURE! or quiet place. The theater was very nice and the people were kind. I will get a job here when I am older. Even though sometimes they take amazing movies out of theaters. It is still worth the money and wait. TAKE YOUR KIDS! maze runner death cure is a great movie. Go everyday to this place and you will be amazed to come here.

Very nice theater and people, except we were hot the whole time. They said the air conditioner wasn't turned on early enough to cool the room down. When one spends over $21 for a ticket (there were 3 of us who went and we ordered online), you want the temperature to be comfortable.

Great theater the reclining seats are great. I love being able to choose my seats ahead of time. Service is great but, I would like there to be a little more helpful staff.

My family and I used to go here 3 to 4 times a month before the renovations. Now we usually go to Chanhassen, because the prices are bonkers and they're usually sold out. For the price, you'd expect them to properly mask their screens. They don't. The employees don't seem to understand the Stubs card, which is strange. They have a special line for it, but they wait on customers from the other line first. Why is it there? Lastly, many of the customers still don't understand the assigned seating, so you constantly have to kick people out of your seats. It's too bad. If these things don't bother you, more power to you.
