IMAX Theatre at the MN Zoo

Awesome theater! The screen is huge and the chairs are good. The ticket counter is straight in front of you when you walk in the door, bathrooms are to the right and entrance to the screening room is to the left. There is only the one screen so it's different than most theaters, but once you know that, it's just one big circle with the theater in the middle. You can enter and exit from either side of the screen room once they've checked your ticket.

Comfortable seats, massive screen, amazing audio. One of the few theaters in the nation with a 70mm IMAX film projector. Tickets are pricey but there's no better place to watch a film. Concession stand is fully loaded and even has a few beer and wine options.

The best screen and sound in MN for sure! This is such a great place to visit..... The biggest screen in the state delivers an incredible experience. There are great concessions food options as well, from the standard popcorn/pop/candy to chicken fingers and even some beer! Definitely worth a trip down to the MN Zoo!

Gigantic screen and great audio, really immersive movie experience. Seats are comfortable and recline, but not the newer electronic versions you may find elsewhere. You can get a beer, or standard movie fair.

If u want to experience the real 3D, then this is the real 3D theater. Big screen but not recliner seating. U feel like the action happening ryt before u. To be short this is the best than the AMC. 👌
